Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies is the Department of Management Studies of the University of Mumbai. The Institute is named after industrialist and philanthropist. It was established in 1965.his Campus area in 2 acres. At Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies the students are endowed with modern infra and convenient amenities that make their life ‘go easy’ in college hours, alongside make learning more interesting Some of the facilities include well ventilated classrooms, recreational areas, indoor and outdoor games stocked library, seamless internet connectivity, medical facilities etc.

Eligibility

Candidates must be graduates in any discipline from a recognised institute with minimum 50 percent marks in aggregate. They must have valid scores of MAH CET or CAT, based on which they will be shortlisted for final admissions.

As mentioned in the official brochure of DTE, Candidates who have appeared for MAH-MBA /MMS-CET /CAT (conducted by IIMs) GMAT (conducted by GMAC,USA) CMAT (conducted by AICTE) MAT (conducted by AIMS) are considered to be eligible for admission against the All India seats subject to the fulfilment of eligibility criteria.

Fee

The fee for two year Management Degree is Rs. 3 Lakh per annum which is Rs.6 lakh for open candidates for reserved category candidates fee per annum is Rs. 1,07,420 The fee amount significantly lesser in terms of the fee at other top B- schools or IIMs. The syllabus or the course structure however is similar to that of other top B-schools. The average package of the batch is around or ore than Rs.18.91 lakh per annum, which means the Return on investment (ROI) is multiple than the prestigious IIMs. The brands and companies that visit the campus are of excellent quality and are the same companies that visit other IIMs or B-schools for placements.
